Do this one anywhere for a good cardio workout and booty lift!
*Do each exercise for 6-8 rounds of 30 sec work and 10 sec rest. Rest 1 min between exercises.
•fire hydrant kick out to knee lifted donkey kick( or stay on knee to modify) .
•4 knee lateral knee hover jumps to 4 lateral lunge jumps .
•hand walkout to push up and 2 under Body kicks( or modification on knees as shown) .
•knee up down with 2 low jacks .
•1 leg bridge to inside foot tap crunch( alternate sides each round) .
