This is the workout I used for my class at Fabletics last week! It's a Tabata Interval Workout with a little sliding and a little jumping. The Tabata style works so good for a class because you can do it all at your own pace without keeping track of reps (unless you want to so you can try and improve next time). It is definitely easier to do this with some kind of interval timing app. I use tabata pro, but there are a lot of different ones you can use. If you don't want to do it interval style then try doing each for a certain amount of reps instead. I also made up a pretty fun Holiday playlist with some new and some old songs and thought I would share that below as well!
*Do each exercise for 6 rounds of 30 sec. work and 10 sec. rest! After that is completed, then rest 1 minute and move to the next exercise.
-Squat hold shuffle with 5 shuffles in and 5 back in, then down to 5 mt. climbers
-Crab bridge slide out with split to abs with leg split
-3 lunge jumps to 1-leg push up (you can modify with reverse lunges and doing push up on knee)
-Superman with leg curl and tap with rollover to 2 knee in crunches (modify by using hand to assist in rollover and keeping feet on floor while in crunch. remember to keep abs engaged and lower back to the floor while in crunch.)
-180 squat jump to tricep Up down with jack (you can modify by stepping into plank instead of jumping and doing tricep up down on knees)
-Booty Bonus! Knee side plank with lift and forward toe tap (alternate sides each 30 sec. These are harder than they look! keep hips forward and in a straight line with knees)
*make sure to do a warm up before and Stretch after! Do it at your own pace and modify to your own needs!
Now For the Christmas Playlist!
Warm up songs:
*Run Run Rudolph - Train
*Lil Snowman - Mariah Carey
*Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow! - Pentatonix
